Dundee Therapy Garden staff engage with serving, ex-forces and ex-uniformed emergency personnel and their families to promote positivity and hope. We aim to improve well-being by spending time therapeutically in nature. We also offer free, 1 to 1 counselling sessions, by appointment. In addition we run an 8 week, small group, programme aimed at improving emotional wellbeing.
